Traci Demus-Gamble was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Her faith and her family are the most important to her. One of her favorite Scriptures is Philippians 4:13, which reads "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." The same one as her daughter. She is the wife of Minister Bruce Gamble for over 20 years and mother of two beautiful daughters, Donielle (Forever 19) and Davin; the eldest of the two died by suicide on January 3, 2011.

This event led her to an unimaginable and unfamiliar journey and challenged her to deal with her own mental health. Though she’s had experience in grief, loss, and trauma many times before, nothing could have prepared her for this. With her faith and the power of her testimony, she uses her voice through different forms of media to help light the way for others to navigate their way to healing, wholeness, and transformation.

She hopes to inform, educate, and inspire mothers and others not only to face grief, loss, and trauma but to embrace and learn to heal. Her goal is to create a safe space for healing and transformation to happen. She affirms that all things are possible if you only believe.
